Phil Dinsky has been on the Framingham School Committee for 10 years.  During that period, school costs have risen by over 50% while SAT scores are relatively unchanged.  This is not a good return on investment. As the head of the School Committee, Phil (and the committee) has become delusional as to the value of the position of School Superintendent to the point of believing that they have to do a national search to replace him.  Given the record of non-accomplishments by Mark Smith, I see no reason to waste the tax payer's money with a search and we should just promote the assistant school superintendent, Walter McClennen.
