Every tax is a pay cut.  Every tax cut is a pay raise.

Of the simple truths about intelligence, this is the most important and least acknowledged:

Our future depends crucially on how we educate the next generation of people gifted with unusually high intelligence.

We all know the saying You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, so why do we erroneously believe that by spending a disproportionate amount of money on a student classified as SPED, we will provide society with a well educated person. Why do we spend significantly more on SPED students when we know that innate ability determines the final outcome.

We should at best, spend the same amount on SPED students and spend more on the most gifted and talented

Regrettably, in Framingham, we prefer to spend more on the most challenged and cursed. This is akin to investing in the worst performing stocks as a mechanism to accumulate wealth.

School committee candidates state that everyone is entitled to an equal education. Why does spending 40% more on SPED constitute equality? Remember Animal Farm where all animals are equal but some animals were more equal.

Would anyone care to guess the long term consequences of investing a disproportionate amount of tax dollars on mentally challenged students? Has anyone seen the movie Idiocracy.

The City of Framingham Human Resources jobs posting page has another classic example of the new definition of equality.

The City is an Affirmative Action Equal Opportunity Employer

You have a more equal opportunity if your black.

Just like George Orwell's Animal Farm.

All animals are equal but some animals are more equal.

It's depressing to see this stupidity.

The average scores are:

  1. Asian-Americans - 106,
  2. White Americans - 103,
  3. Hispanic Americans - 89,
  4. African-Americans - 85.
This means more than one in five American blacks have an IQ below 75; whereas around one in twenty whites have an IQ below 75. An IQ of 70-75 is considered "borderline retarded" by psychologists (Jul 28, 2015).
