The stories behind a lawsuit against the town by one of its own firefighters can be seen here and here.  If you read this carefully, you can see the mistakes the Framingham police made.  They went to this apartment to try to apprehend a man named Gonsalves who the police claim was going to see a man living in this apartment complex.  As long as there was a " Edwin Ruiz" who slightly resembled Gonsalves living here, it was good enough for the police. If the town loses the suit, I would think that the Framingham police department could perhaps get rid of the top commanding officer who authorized this attack on it's citizens.
