Intersection of Franklin and Mt Wayte Ave, at 10:18 this morning (07/13/2009, Monday) Check his cellphone. What's this guy's name? Short video clip but it stil takes 28 MBs. Conclusions
According to the chief's response, they can talk while they are allegely there to direct traffic and earning $43 an hour. And the police are hypocritical enough to tell us that cellphone usage while driving is dangerous.
