         Dearest School Committee,

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law
         (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10).

While this request is mostly about Farley, it also brings in other
buildings and real estate bought and paid for by the taxpayers of
         Framingham and other issues.

         1. It seems that very few residents in Framingham knew that we
actually owned Farley middle school, which as been occupied
by Mass Bay Community College for some 25 years.

It seems that Farley was deliberately kept out of the discussion
by Robert Tremblay and the school committee with all due
deliberation to get the override. Bringing it into the
discussion might very well have altered the course of the vote.

During the debate on the Fuller override, was any public
statement made about Farley as an alternative to the new Fuller?

A cursory check of the Metrowest Daily News shows a reference
to it way back in 2016.

         2. It seems very wrong and unethical to build a school for
Framingham at public expense and subsequently rent it out to
state agencies on any short or long term lease.

When will Farley be a Framingham school again, if ever?

         3. Is there a hard and definitive schedule for Mass Bay to move out of
            Farley?

         4. Can I please get a complete list of revenues derived from renting
out Farley to Mass Bay for each and every year?

         5. Were these rental payments earmarked for any specific purposes?

If so, what was the purpose and how much of those funds were spent
            for such a purpose?

And where are the remaining funds?

         6. Can I get a comprehensive list of expenses made by the
city/town of Framingham for the maintenance of Farley since
            it was leased?

         7. Can I get a list of other buildings bought and paid for by the
taxpayers of Framingham and currently being rented out to
any agency or corporation in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
            or anywhere else?

         8. Framingham is 65% white and 7% black (people of color).
Can you please explain to me why Framingham High School has a
Black Student Union, but not a White Student Union?

Is there any specific document or policy paper discouraging a
White Student Union? Isn't that a very racist policy?

         9. When those stupid notes were found at Hemenway, who
specifically on the school committee or any other component
of our city government decided that it would be a good idea
to bring in the village idiots, known to you as our
            Interfaith clergy.

            http://the-militant-atheist.org/the-village-idiots.html

Were the village idiots paid for this appearance with our
school superindentent, Robert Tremblay? As you all may know,
these imaginary gods do not make currency like our
            Treasury Department.

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for photocopies,
computer disks, or personnel time to comply with this request. If you
expect charges exceed to $100, please contact me regarding this
request and what you expect the cost to be and why?.

As you are aware, I must be provided with this information within
10 days. If you cannot comply with my request, please provide
         an explanation in writing.

                                             Sincerely,

Hi Harold,

The official machinery will grind into action and respond to your public
records request, but in the meantime, here are some comments.

Rest assured Farley was in the mix in discussions about Fuller and
nothing was hidden.

The debt exclusion was not some hoodwinking job re Farley.

It was a very thorough discussion engaging the community in multiple meetings.

I attended two such meetings and took two walking tours. The discussions
were mostly by the architectural firm. Farley was NEVER mentioned.
I discovered Farley on the city web site. Apparently only the school
committee knew that Farley belonged to Framingham.

You had leased the school for so long (23+ years) that almost everybody but
the school committee thought it belonged to Mass Bay.

Show me a page on the your school site that lists Farley as belonging to
Framingham as a school.

Show me articles on MWDN or FraminghamSource in the press showing that
Farley was a Framingham school.

It was a well kept secret, nes't pas?

Worst yet, Mass Bay was being made as a school for
idiots

The MSBA was also very aware of Framingham school buildings including Farley and did not invest their money without careful consideration of all aspects. The MSBA or SBAB is a protected revenue source that mostly has the interest of the commonwealth. The interest of the commonwealth can easily be influenced by our legislative idiots (including a minister), particularly Karen Spilka. The MSBA thought that keeping MassBay at Farley served the interest of the commonwealth. MassBay is a publicly (commonwealth) funded college. The MSBA is a highly biased organization. BTW, who exactly is the MSBA and where do these people live? In Framingham. Tell me more about your knowledge of the MSBA and its employees? The future of Farley is an important issue and will become clearer after we get back our demographic study in the next month and start building an FPS short and long range capacity plan starting with that information. I would like a copy of that demographic study. See if it discusses the 1200 or more apartments being built and their impact on our schools. I know that in the long run, they will be filled with illegal immigrants because that is where population growth is coming from. I do find it odd that only 12% of the voting population voted on the Fuller override. That planning effort may well be complete in about 6 months. It will include future use of Farley. The timeframe for Mass Bay to move out of Farley is currently under discussion. It's our school. It SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN USED by Mass Bay. What stops the school comnmittee from leasing out the new Fuller school? Nothing that I see. Please answer this question. The Farley lease is a public record which you no doubt will be provided. Yes, a public record that is easily available once you go thru the Dark Maze Forest, cross the Raging River, walk thru the Daunting Desert of Despair, wade thru the Swamps Of Fear, climb the Insurmountable Mountains of Despair beyond the River of Fire guarded by the Dragons of Eternity. All Farley lease revenues go to the city. The students invent their own organizations, so the Black Student Union was created by students. There is no racist rabbit to chase here. Incorrect: the school administration is involved in what organizations are actually allowed. Correct me if I am wrong. Are there any school organizations for atheists, holocaust deniers, white student unions, white supremacy organizations, satanist clubs, etc. What controversial or politically incorrect clubs or organizations exist at Framingham High school or our middle schools? Name me a few. Actually, do you have a comprehensive list of all student run organizations? I hope this helps. Nope, not really! But thanks for your response anyway. Best regards, Geoffrey Epstein School Committee Member, District 6
